It's funny how many have tried to demonstrate that you can't get more than 14 stops of DR with "only" 14-bit.

Intriguing concept... I'd buy one if available worldwide!

Detail wise, the 40 MP X-trans sensor finally managed to outperform a 24 MP Bayer but still lags behind a 33 MP one.

The older DLR lenses were either slow to focus (the cheap ones) or used USM motor which is not suited for video work (the more expensive one). IMO adapted lenses are a compromise...

No adapted lens works like a native one in regards to AF. So thank you but NO thank you until Canon opens its mouth to third-party manufacturers.

This looks like a proper all-around camera aimed at both photographers and videographers alike, at a decent price. It doesn't truly excel in any regard but it does well in all aspects.

A nice camera (on paper) but with a huge price and a very slow sensor readout. I have mixed feelings about it, especially on the price side (4.780 EUR in Germany).

Together with the Panasonic G100, the Sony ZV-1F is useless for vlogging because they both miss the most important features for this category:...

I think it uses a Bayer sensor version of the XT4 sensor (the readout speed seems to be similar). For video use with its features and very good AF, it's a great deal IMO!

Agree, but at least locally you have control over what happens to your data. The moment you've published it online, you are not the only one who has access to it + you pay with your own...

This and many other nasty things happen when you don't store your content locally!
